The Team
Juz Catering and Delicacy Café have a talented team on Board.
Matt is the head chef and café manager who is extremely talented and makes all the beautiful salads and café food, full of flavour and beautifully presented.
Mary is part of the catering team but also is the famous club sandwich maker and has been told she makes the best ones in the county. From time to time she’s the extra pair of hands in the café too.
If you have every tried our beautiful slices and cakes at the café then they are most likely to be made by Jill, the very clever sweets maker, yum…..irresistible.
Mike, the very busy kitchen hand, keeps the great big kitchen clean, tidy and under control.
Out in front of House is Lee, one of the barristers, who makes great coffee and looks after all those very early morning clients. Diane is another barrister, making great coffee and looking after food orders and bringing your lunch to you. She also helps out in the kitchen from time to time.
Maree is also front of house, with a friendly face floating around the café doing a bit of everything. Robyn is the youngest staff member, coming in later in the week and making those beautiful French custard slices, packets of biscuits and other extra’s.
The newest member to join the team is Hung, and she will be making delicious coffees and another friendly face delivering your lunch.
Lastly there is Sue, who keeps the office running, takes all your enquiries and sends you all the information you will need for your next function.
